Oppelskop Sunset 16 Aug (Entry-level)

The hike starts off with a zig-zag steps but not for too long. It then follows the contour path around the lower slopes of Devils Peak and a short final ascent to the summit. It’s a great spot to take in all the views of the City and surrounding under golden light. 

This hike is great for people getting started in hiking or looking for a chilled fix of nature and fitness. It’s not like doing Lion’s Head with hundreds of locals and tourists – this route has minimal foot traffic which creates a more peaceful sunset experience.
