A challenge for those who enjoy longer, more strenuous hikes. The route follows India Venster up, a hike through Echo Valley on top of Table Mountain and down Kasteelspoort. We will return via the pipe track to our starting point. The route explores multiple terrains and promises an abundance of views, flora and fauna.
India Venster has a lot of uphill climbing, some technical scrambles and areas with exposure, so if you are looking for an adrenaline filled adventure, this hike is for you! Echo Valley boasts beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean, some wooden walkways, a few ladders and incredible fynbos to boot! On our descent, we’ll make a stop at the diving board for a break before following Kasteelspoort down to the pipetrack.
Most people travel half way around the world to do this type of tour in Cape Town. It’s definitely a bucket list adventure.

Definitely one for the bucket list! A unique and interesting route up Table Mountain manoeuvring under the cable car on the ascent. The route offers fantastic views and challenges the mind with some scrambling sections too. Do not be put off by these as your expert guide will help you through them. So rewarding reaching the top of the mountain via one of the lesser travelled paths
