"The First time I heard about Trail Fit SA I was curious to experience and explore the trails that are hiked by the Trail Fit SA team. I met a wonderful team of individuals that didn't know each other and the amazing part is that everyone was friendly. I met Jody Hanslo, the leader of Trail Fit SA, a very cool down to earth chap. We hiked the Kasteelspoort trail and tried to beat the sun before it came up. The trail was tough for me but I enjoyed the end result which was a lovely view of our city, and thanks to Trail Fit SA I got a hectic leg workout for the day! Very warm welcoming team. We enjoyed the sunrise with a lovely view and sharing breakfast snacks with one another"
