Vlakkenberg Sunrise – 7 Aug (Entry-level)

Located in Constantia and part of Table Mountain National Park, Vlakkenberg mountain offers a variety of indigenous fynbos along the route and spectacular views.

This is one of the less travelled routes making it a rather peaceful hike.

As this is an entry level hike, we’ll take our time and hike at a comfortable pace until we reach our destination roughly half way up the mountain.

This is a perfect spot to watch the sunrise, take in the scenery and enjoy a warm beverage.

Difficulty: Entry Level – Does involve hiking uphill but not for too long (Roughly 30 mins). Perfect for those getting started in hiking.
