Fish River Canyon, located in southern Namibia, is one of Africa’s most spectacular natural wonders. With its vast, rugged landscapes, towering rock formations and winding riverbed, the canyon offers breathtaking scenery at every turn. From golden desert colours to natural pools and dramatic cliffs, this remote wilderness provides a truly unforgettable hiking experience beneath the wide-open Namibian skies.

The five-day hiking expedition takes you deep into the heart of the canyon, where you can disconnect from everyday life and immerse yourself in nature. Each day brings new landscapes, challenging terrain and opportunities to appreciate the canyon’s incredible beauty. Camping beneath the stars, exploring the riverbed and sharing the journey with fellow hikers making this an adventure that is as rewarding as it is memorable.

This is a physically demanding hike that requires a good level of fitness, endurance and mental determination. Expect long days on your feet, sandy stretches, rocky terrain, steep descents and the challenge of carrying your own food, water and equipment. Suitable preparation is essential, but for those ready to take on the challenge, we offer this all-inclusive guided option.
