This event is perfect for anyone wanting to get out for an adventurous morning in untouched natural beauty.
The forest canopy of Myburgh’s Ravine makes for a beautiful hike to a perennial waterfall. Situated in Hout Bay, this incredible trail will make you forget that you are in Cape Town. The red Disas are in full bloom and will definitely add to a magical experience!
We’ll start the hike through a pine forest and then follow a contour path among indigenous Fynbos. Once we enter the forest there is a bit of an incline to reach the waterfall for a short break. From here, the fun begins as we scramble and clamber our way up rocks and over mossy boulders amidst the incredible display of colorful Disas!
We’ll ascend via Llandudno Ravine which in itself is an exciting route with some staples and technical bits, but the views are worth the effort.
