Lions Head Loop Sunset – 17 Sep (Entry-level)

This is a great opportunity for first time hikers or anyone who wants to enjoy the sunset over the Atlantic Ocean from the mountainside.

We’ll start from Lion’s Head parking and hike along the ridge towards Signal Hill and visit the historic Kramat. En route enjoy spectacular views of Cape Town and Table Mountain.

The route is family friendly and mostly flat, with some short inclines. We’ll loop around the mountain through a gumtree forest with epic rock faces and views of the Atlantic Ocean with Clifton, Camps Bay and the Twelve Apostles in the forefront.
