Eagles Nest Sunrise – 2 Oct (Entry Level)

Eagles Nest is the closest peak to Constantia Nek parking lot, it’s not far from the starting point of the hike but has incredible views.
The route is a bit steep though but we’re giving ourselves more than enough time to get high enough to see an incredible sunrise.
We’ll take it easy on the incline and take breaks when needed to ensure everyone is comfortable and fit enough to continue.
This hike will make for a pretty cool social sunrise.

Difficulty level : Entry level distance, good elevation(uphill) No need for high level of fitness, but prepare yourself to get that heart rate up though.

The start of the hike was fantastically challenging, and Idrees kept encouraging us to keep going. In the end, the views from Eagle’s nest were so worth it, and I could have continued hiking for another hour or two at least.
